Mermaid and sea friends pinecone cottage craft sculpture

This whimsical 11.5" art piece is made from sculpted and shaped pinecones, acorn, corn husk, Spanish moss, and wire. My base medium is plant material carefully manipulated to create stunning and fun pieces. The mermaid is 2 pinecones, acorn head, with coated wire arms. Her figure is crafted to perfection to retain her pinecone origins. Spanish moss is used for her long bouyant locks. Corn husk is used for her tail fins as well as the pinecone dolphin's fins, and walnut shell sea turtle flippers. Staying true to this theme, real shells and tiny starfish embellish this design.
