Oaxacan pinecone sculpture 1:6 scale one of one

Artist original and a one of one 11" art piece made from shaped pinecones, acorn and handmade arms to fit her body proportions. This entire work starts with plant materials collected from my property. Her acorn face is hand painted. Her sombrero is made from scratch using palm fiber on the top and corn husk on the bottom. Her hair is both palm fiber and chunky Spanish moss. Her jewelry and crucifix are handmade. The skull prop is a seed pod, split, carved & decorated in festival artistry. All costumes are designed, and made directly to the bodies. She is in a static pose and meant to bring absolute amazement to her audience.
